    Tragically, Sandra's daughter Tiffany Cobb (26) and granddaughter Rylan (6) were killed in a car wreck. Tiffany's husband, Ty is in ICU and grandchildren, Layken (4) and Kyser (10 months) sustained non-life threatening injuries.

    Frances Bowman Weaver, a beloved member of the Ider Community, passed from this life on September 6, 2024, at the age of 86. Born on March 25, 1938 in Scottsboro, she was a beacon of compassion and humor throughout her life, dedicated to her family and community.

    Jane Harper, 63, of Hartselle, passed away July 24, 2024. Jane was born July 28, 1960 and grew up in Pleasant Grove, AL. She graduated from Pleasant Grove High School in 1978. After many years of service with the US Post Office, she retired as Postmaster of Decatur Alabama.
