The Postal Service is not only short of craft employees, we are short of Supervisors, Managers and Postmaster too! If you are thinking about a career in management, this could be just the time for you!

Peak Season presents an even more challenging time for OIC's and 204b's, so we are looking for those craft employees that are interested in details and we are interested in some Subject Matter Experts (SME's) and Mentors to help them have a successful opportunity.

Rural RRECS, RRO, Formula, X-Day expectations; the new F4 audits (clerks); the new DSR ( city route inspections) are a few things that even seasoned managers can learn about. GEMBA walks are new and we have had request to teach Triangulation.

MPOO, Betty Roach and Adm. Sherry Worrell will be attending, so come and share your interest about any opportunity! The meeting will start with ordering around 6:00 but don't be concerned about coming when you finish your work, in your work clothes! They are looking for hard working employees to be successful at the next level! We have scheduled the meeting from 6:00 - 9:00 but the restaurant doesn't close until 10:00, so everyone will have an opportunity to network!
